Privacy Policy

How we handle your personal information when you visit Dishly, contact us, or work with our studio.

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Dishly is created and managed by Online Net1, a Canadian company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Online Net1 is responsible for personal information handled in connection with Dishly.

Our address is 330 St Mary Avenue Suite#300, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3Z5, Canada. This policy explains our approach to personal information when you visit dishly.site, request samples, book a call, or purchase a service.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, restaurant or business name, phone number, email address when supplied, messages, photos, menu details, and project instructions.
  • Orders and payments: the package ordered, payment status, and transaction or invoice details made available by our payment provider. Card details are entered with the payment provider rather than through a card form operated by Dishly.
  • Bookings: the contact details, appointment time, and answers you provide when booking a call through Calendly.
  • Website usage: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, page requests, referring pages, visit times, and technical logs to operate, secure, and measure the website.

Business contact details may be personal information when they identify an individual. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or photos containing identifiable people unless necessary and you have permission.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to questions and sample requests, arrange calls, and communicate about your project.
  • Enhance your images, design menus, provide revisions, and deliver purchased services.
  • Confirm payments, maintain business records, and manage cancellations or disputes.
  • Maintain website performance, understand usage, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We seek meaningful consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional uses by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual requirements. Withdrawal may prevent us from completing a service that needs that information.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information as necessary with providers that support hosting, payments, communication, scheduling, and project production, including AI-assisted image processing. Submitted photos and project instructions may be processed by tools used to create your requested work. Contact us before submitting sensitive content if you need details about the tools used for your project.

Our website uses Stripe checkout links, WhatsApp contact links, and a Calendly booking embed. When you use these services, their own privacy policies also apply:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where lawful and necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute. We do not sell your personal information. We ask for permission before publishing your submitted photos or completed project in our portfolio.

5. Cookies and external content

Our hosting environment and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for service operation, security, and usage measurement. The Calendly booking frame can connect to Calendly when loaded, even before you book. External fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls offered by third-party providers. Blocking cookies may affect booking or payment features. You can also contact us directly by phone instead of using embedded or linked services.

6. Processing outside Canada

Although Online Net1 is based in Canada, our providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that country and lawful access by its authorities.

We remain responsible for personal information under our control and seek appropriate protection when using providers. Contact us if you need information about cross-border processing for your project.

7. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage our business relationship, maintain required records, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and purpose; contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, and third-party providers operate their own security controls.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where permitted, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or contractual reasons.

Send requests to Online Net1 using the contact options below. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful restrictions.

If you have a concern, please contact us so we can investigate. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another privacy authority with jurisdiction.

9. Children and policy updates

Dishly is intended for restaurant and business customers, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent where required for a material change.
