Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use Dishly or order our food images and QR menu services.

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. Who operates Dishly

Dishly is created and managed by Online Net1, a Canadian company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Online Net1 operating Dishly; “you” refers to the person or business using our website or purchasing our services.

Our business address is 330 St Mary Avenue Suite#300, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3Z5, Canada.

These terms apply to your use of dishly.site and our menu-image and QR-menu services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and any project details agreed in writing. Please review them before making a payment.

2. Our services

Dishly provides AI-assisted food image enhancement and menu design for restaurants and other food businesses. The scope of your purchase is the package description and any additional requirements we agree with you in writing.

Gallery and concept images illustrate our visual style and may be AI-generated or enhanced. They are not a guarantee of a specific result for your dishes. We do not guarantee increased sales, delivery-app clicks, search rankings, or other business outcomes.

3. Package prices and payments

  • Menu Pack: $249 total. Paid in full to start.
  • Live QR menu page: $1,000 total. $500 to start · $500 when the first version is live.
  • Full refresh: $1,297 total. $650 to start.

For Full refresh, the remaining $647 balance and its payment timing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Currency and any applicable taxes must be confirmed in your checkout or invoice before you pay.

Work begins after the required payment clears and we receive the photos, menu information, and project details needed to proceed. Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.

4. Non-refundable deposits and cancellations

The following deposits are non-refundable:

  • Live QR menu page: $500 deposit.
  • Full refresh: $650 deposit.

These deposits reserve your project slot and cover project planning and preparation. If you cancel, change your mind, or decide not to continue after paying, the deposit will not be refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The deposit is credited toward the total price of your package.

The $249 Menu Pack payment is a full payment, not a deposit, and is not covered by this non-refundable-deposit clause. Contact us promptly about a cancellation or refund request for that package; requests will be reviewed based on work completed and applicable law.

If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with you. Nothing in these terms excludes refunds or remedies that you are entitled to under applicable law.

5. Delivery, approval, and revisions

Our image-delivery window is 24 hours after payment and receipt of the complete dish list and usable photos. The Live QR menu page first-draft window is 12 hours after the deposit and receipt of the information needed to create the page. Missing information, requested changes, or delayed approvals can affect timing; we will communicate any revised schedule.

Unlimited revisions are included within the scope of your purchased package. Extra dishes, extra pages, or a new project scope may require a separate written agreement before any additional charge.

You are responsible for checking and approving dish names, prices, descriptions, allergens, opening hours, contact details, and images before publishing or printing. Images must accurately represent what you serve and comply with the rules of any platform where you use them.

6. Your photos and content

You must own or have permission to use any photos, logos, menus, and other materials you send us. Do not submit confidential information or personal data that is not needed for your project.

You give us permission to use and process your submitted materials, including through relevant service providers and AI tools, to produce and deliver your requested work. We will ask for your permission before using your submitted materials or completed project in our public portfolio.

You receive the agreed final image files and menu link for your restaurant’s use. Third-party fonts, assets, software, and platforms remain subject to their respective licences and terms. AI-assisted output may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

7. QR menus and third-party services

QR menu packages provide a menu page on a Dishly link as described in your package. Any hosting duration, ongoing maintenance, domain ownership, or future fees not stated in the package must be agreed in writing; no additional ongoing fee will be imposed without your agreement.

Payments, WhatsApp conversations, and Calendly bookings use third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or decisions.

8. Responsibility and applicable law

We will provide our services with reasonable care. Website information and examples are provided for general information, and technical interruptions may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or a particular commercial outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date and will not retroactively change an existing order without agreement, unless required by law.

9. Contact and privacy

For questions about these terms, payments, or your project, call us, contact us on WhatsApp, or write to Online Net1 at 330 St Mary Avenue Suite#300, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3Z5, Canada.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
